What are the best home remedies for acid Reflux/Gerd?
I have severe Acid Reflux and am taking prescription medicine for it, but it hasn’t helped. what are some home remedies I could take, like food, or liquids?
Have you cut all milk products from your diet? A lot of adults cannot handle milk products and they will make your symptoms worse. I would suggest that you try probiotics. This are the active cultures in yogurt. I know I said no milk products, but actually yogurt has been cultured so may not cause you problems. Or you can just take a probiotic pill. They are available at the health food stores.
A non-caffeinated carbonated drink will sometimes help, but you will have to see, some people it makes it worse. I would also try to eliminate as much caffiene as possible. Could be aggravating your symptoms.
