Painful Heartburn
Heartburn because of emotions..?
It’s weird, it seems this only happens to me.. Whenever I am just staring at the ceiling or just doing nothing at all, the moment I try to speak someone’s name who I love dearly, I get heartburn..
I remember my first love.. I was just staring at air.. Then I tried to say that person’s name, heartburned reigned me for 5 minutes, and it was not just an ordinary heartburn, it was a painful heartburn.. Then I rest for a minute, try saying that person’s name again just to see if that was the reason For Heartburn..
After the name escaped my lips, another intense heartburn reigned me..
So, why am I having this Heartburns? What do they mean? What do they signify?
yes it is emotion and stress to top it off. I feel like vomiting all the time from stress and what your having might also be a form of a panic attack or severe anxitey. Talk to your PCP and he/she will most likely recommend Ativan (a mild tranquilizer for anxiety). good luck, I feel your pain.
