For Heartburn
What is a safe cure for Heartburn while pregnant?
I am almost 36 weeks pregnant & I have INSANE heartburn through out most of the day. It doesn’t matter what I eat or drink. I find when I eat or drink a milk product, it is really bad. It feels like a burp that is just festering in my chest. My mom told me to eat a hard candy. It works, but only for the time that I’m actually eating it. My teeth are gonna rot!
Any advice? HELP.
I used TUMS the whole time i was pregnant, i carried them with me, but i was told not to take Pepcid AC when your pregnant. Good Luck
