Home remedies for acid Reflux?
Please help! – I have an Acid Reflux problem where after meals I bring up mouth fulls of food and acid for hours after. This comes with a painful Heartburn feeling.
I’ve tryed using Rennie and Gaviscon and variation of pro-biotic yogurts and drinks for about 2-3 months. This did not work so I went to the doctors who prescribed me omeprazole which i’ve been on for nearly two months which have helped with the Heartburn Pain but I am still bring up my food and acid after meals
i was hoping someone would have a home remedie suggestion that will help me out as i’ve tryed so many different suggestions but had no luck. Any suggestions welcome, thank you
